Art products are provided subject to the following Terms and Conditions that comply with the Australian Consumer Law. By using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

TERMS OF PURCHASE
If you wish to purchase goods made available bY Zoe Louise.C then you agree to be bound by these terms set out below. Please note, due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings on mobile devices and tablets, there may be slight differences in colour intensity. Each item of art produced is unique in both colour and design. Prop items are not included with purchase.
Prices are determined at the time of order the time to creat the piece and shipping from Australia. All products priced in Australian dollars.
Payment can be made by PayPal, Internet banking transfer or cash in hand, if collecting.
POSTAGE/SHIPPING
We use the services of Australia Post and other reliable couriers.
Our parcels leave our site well wrapped and securely packaged.
We take no responsibility with lost or stolen parcels when they have been delivered to the address given at checkout. Nor are we subject to, and the customer releases us from any liability (including loss or damage) because of any delay in delivery.
COMMISSION WORK
Some special orders and commission pieces may have a lead time of 4 - 5 weeks. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to cover initial material costs before commencement of artwork. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery.
DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms and Conditions.
COPYRIGHT
Our trademark and designs may not be used for any commercial or other purposes without prior written consent through the contact tab (not through social media) Copying our website content is an offense
